Mobile web and prepared-device offline work
Mobile web and prepared-device offline infrastructure are separate from the disabled desktop Companion. Offline access depends on what was prepared on that device; it is not guaranteed automatic backup or unrestricted offline functionality.
How to
- Use the available offline-event controls to check preparation and synchronization status before losing connectivity. Review pending changes or conflicts after reconnecting; do not assume a local save reached the server.
Troubleshooting
An option is missing or the page did not load
Retry and check account or link access. For a shared event, contact the photographer; account owners can open Support.
