Event Photo Delivery

Share event photos with your customers through a beautiful online gallery. Connect your own cloud storage or a local computer folder to host the images. Your customers can then view, download, and order framed magnets directly from their gallery.

How to

  1. Go to Settings > Cloud Storage to connect your preferred source: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or a local computer folder.
  2. After an event, open its detail page and find the 'Event Photos' panel.
  3. Upload your photos by dragging and dropping them or by browsing your files.
  4. Your photos will be organized into a 'MagnetFrame/Event' folder within your connected storage.
  5. To activate the gallery for your client, enable the 'Share photos with customer' toggle.
  6. Your customer will now see a 'Photos' tab on their event page, where they can view the gallery.
  7. From the gallery, customers can download individual photos or create framed magnets.
  8. Monitor your storage usage in Settings. MagnetFrame will alert you when you reach 80% and 90% of your provider's capacity.
  9. Important: MagnetFrame only links to your files; it does not copy or back them up. You are responsible for managing and backing up the original photos in your own storage.

Common questions

What happens if I delete a photo from my own Dropbox or Google Drive?

If you delete a photo from your connected cloud storage or local folder, it will also be removed from the customer's gallery in MagnetFrame. The platform directly links to your files, so they must remain in place for the gallery to work.

Can my customers download all their photos at once as a ZIP file?

Currently, customers can only download photos individually from the gallery. A bulk download or ZIP file option is not available at this time.

Do I need to keep my computer on if I use the 'Local folder' option?

Yes. If you choose a local folder as your source, your computer must be on and connected to the internet for your customers to access their photo gallery.

Troubleshooting

My photos are not appearing in the customer's gallery after I uploaded them.

First, confirm that the 'Share photos with customer' toggle is enabled for that event. Next, go to Settings > Cloud Storage to ensure your storage account is still properly connected. You may need to re-authenticate it.

My customer reports that the photo gallery is loading very slowly.

Slow loading is often caused by very large image file sizes. For the best web viewing experience, we recommend exporting your photos as JPEGs with a maximum width of 2500 pixels before uploading.
