Your whole event plan at the venue — offline

The desktop Companion caches the timeline, prep checklists, and contacts for each event so you can read the full plan on event day with no internet. Take the whole event plan to the venue in your pocket — no internet needed. While online, the desktop Companion downloads a compact per-event snapshot: the event essentials and customer contacts, the full session timeline, all three prep checklists (shots, equipment, people) with mandatory flags and per-service comments, and the agreed services. On event day it opens instantly and reads fully offline, so you always know what's next and what to shoot even where there's no signal. Check items off as you go — ticks are saved on the device. Available on Standard and Pro. How to use Offline Event Cheat Sheet: 1. Open the event and choose 'Event cheat sheet' to review what the Companion will cache (Standard/Pro) 2. Open the MagnetFrame Companion on your laptop while you still have internet — it downloads the cheat sheet automatically 3. At the venue, open the Cheat Sheet tab in the Companion — it works fully offline 4. Follow the session timeline and tick off shot, equipment, and people checklist items as you go 5. Contacts and agreed services stay one tap away all day, no signal required
